I just noticed that during my migration of on premise email to Office 365 using IMAP, there's now a folder under Inbox called 'Conflicts'.
Can anyone please explain what these items are and how they're being generated? There's only been one migration, which is still in progress, but there's more than 13,000 messages in there and I fail to see how they could be duplicates.
The migration process is slow via IMAP. It's been running for more than 24 hours. Is it possible that the migration process is trying to reimport the same mail messages in a 2nd run and causing the conflict?
Obviously it's untenable for me to go through 13,000 emails trying to work out what caused the conflict.
Is it 'safe' to delete the whole folder?
