Outlook is slow to send from one (and only one) of my thirty Office 365 accounts.
I have used multiple machines, and no matter what machine I am on, it takes E-Mails anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes to leave the Outbox of my service@domain.com E-Mail address.
I noticed that service@domain.com is using bl2prd0511.outlook.com as it's server. Meanwhile, EVERY other account that I have in my domain is using by2prd0510.outlook.com.
Quick info: The service account was the last one created.
My troubleshooting steps:
- I have used 5 different machines, all machines have the same exact problem.
- I have attempted using Outlook with cached mode on, or cached mode off. The issue remains.
- I used Outlook Web Access, and the E-Mails send perfectly fine.
- This is the only account that I have that's on this server, and it's the only of 30 that is having trouble.
It seems to me that the issue is with the connection with Outlook and that particular server. What do I need to do to get this resolved?
