Office 365 Updating everytime outlook is loaded

Hi Guys,

I have an issue with outlook 2010 connected to a 365 account, everytime the outlook client is closed and re-opened it starts to update the mailbox from scratch, when ran in non-cache mode (online mode) it works fine, ive created an additional outlook profile and linked the 365 account with the same issue.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
