Hi,
We've got a shared mailbox called info@company.com. There are also a couple of employee email accounts. Let's take bob@company.com as an example. In Outlook Bob can see his own (main) mailbox, his archive mailbox and the info@company.com mailbox.
However info@company.com has an archive as well. And that archive doesn't show up in Bob's Outlook.
If I login as info@company.com in OWA it shows the archive below the main mailbox, like it should. And I guess if I configured an Outlook client for this email address, the archive would show up in there as well.
If I login to OWA as Bob and I use the "Open Other Mailbox" option to open info@company.com 's mailbox, I only get the main box. The archive is missing in here as well.
How can I get the archive of info@company.com (shared) visible in Bob's (and other people's) Outlook?
