I just setup 30 users with Office 365. I'm having trouble with one user. They can login to the online outlook web app with no problems but we cannot get the local Outlook 2010 to connect to exchange. It fails to login during setup for the new exchange account. The results are the same on different computers and even offsite computers. I ran the exchange online connectivity test for Outlook auto discover with that user's credentials and it fails with a potentially invalid username/password. Obviously this error isn't true because the user has no problems logging into the web portal.
