I have discovered that from a certain point in time all my new users can use our networked Sharp copiers to Scan to Email, but they never receive the email. The older users have no problem doing this and are receiving the email with the attachment, while the new users are not receiving anything.
We are on a domain and using Office 365 for our email, and I have tested this with other emails that are not part of the domain and those are received without any problem. So it is only the new emails that were created within the last couple of months on the domain that are not receiving emails when using the Sharp copiers to Scan to Email function.
Has anyone else had this happen, and if so what did you do to resolve it? Or does anyone have suggestions on what to check or try to correct this anomoly?
