We are a new school district that migrated from GroupWise/Postini to Office 356/Forefront (plan A2). I'm trying to figure out the spam settings, and a lot of the online documentation seems to not always be updated (or else I'm looking at the wrong documents), maybe since the Edu option is only as of June 27th.
My question is spam quarantine - how do I set that up? I have been reading the online documents and a lot of them for FOPE don't reference "Exchange Online" for setting a User List Source. My goal is to use the user spam quarantine instead of the the X-FOSE spam header, so that the email gets stopped before getting to the user mailbox, but yet allow the user to see quarantine. My domain's Service Settings / User List Settings is set to "Exchange Online" (so that everyone I added in the EMC would be covered by FOPE), but when I do that and then try to login to the quarantine website, it doesn't recognize my email address/password.
What do I need to do to allow the quarantine to work instead of just adding the header, and hopefully without having to import all the primary and secondary addresses again.
