Is this where I ask for help?
I have seen lot's of stupid screens that ask me questions I don't even have a clue what they mean, but nowhere have I found a simple process to report an issue with my communications between office365 and outlook.
Have I found the right place?
Your help process stinks!
My problem is for the past few days and it seems to be getting worse, my outlook pauses any where from 10 seconds to a minute, goes gray, every time I try to do anything. often it shows as disconnected as well.
I change from one e-mail to another and have to wait
I try to bring up a contact and i have to wait
I change from Mail to Contact and I have to wait
How do I fix this, or haven't I found the secret place you ask for support yet!
