We have a environment where we have both on-premise and online. Some users have been created on Office 365 and they working fine via OWA.
When I try to connect using same credentials to Outlook, it does not work, keep on prompting for Credentials. Ran ExRCA and here are the errors. I know for sure Credentials are correct as I am using same for OWA.

Additional Details
An HTTP 401 Unauthorized response was received from the remote Unknown server. This is usually the result of an incorrect username or password. If you are attempting to log onto an Office 365 service, ensure you are using your full User Principal Name (UPN).
