Hi,
One of our user is getting sent Service Alert emails such as the one in the screen shot below below. He used to be an administrator of our office 365 domain but no longer is. The service alerts seem to be getting sent to the external emails (i.e. gmail or btinternet) of anyone who has ever been a administrator even if they no longer are.
For example in the screen shot the address in the To field and the btinternet.com address in the cc field should no longer be associated with our domain, but other two address in the cc field are the current admins of our domain.
Could you please let me know how I can remove the old address from any future service alerts?
