Email not getting through

I have had several clients' say that cant email me and on one occasion actually lost business as I am not receiving emails sent via my Office365 website contact form.

 

Yes it is set up with the correct address and yes if this email address is emailed directly it works.

 

The email is not going into my spam folder nor in my outlook online email provided by office365.

 

I am not impressed that I have lost business and there is no way to contact Microsoft directy about the problem despite paying them a monthly fee for this "service"

 

Please help someone .. ps I have no clue with websites etc hence why I use the Office 365 system which is supposed to be easy!
