We currently have an Exchange/Lync online Auto Attendant enabled with Jajah voice up and running. After a few tickets we were able to get inbound calls working to the AA and are able to transfer by extension using the AA menu (for example, Press 1 to be transferred to Joe, 2 to be transferred to Bob, and in the AA menu assign the Jajah DIDs to those menu options) and also can transfer using the dial by name directory. My question now is, can we configure the AA to use dial by extension? For example when the AA picks up and the greeting starts, can someone dial 1212XXXXXXX and have it transfer, or is Lync not capable of this? I cant find any option in the portal to configure this as a feature. The second part to my question is, can we create translation rules, for example where 101 would translate to 1212XXXXXXX?
These are basic AA features, but for some reason i cant seem to get them working with Exchange/Lync online.
