Hi,
my 20+ work collegues and I are having issues with connecting to our email accounts in Outlook 2007.
It connects to our email boxes but then drops out after a while. sometimes outlook asks us to enter our email password. Its not a network issue with in the company as we are all dotted around the UK and some of us work from home. it only seems to be doing this after we upgraded to the latest office 365 service update last week. I've reinstalled all the office service packs up to SP3 and also the desktop 365 setup wizard to modify outlook 2007 on some of the collegues computers but still having this issue.
So far i've come up with a temporary fix by closing outlook and re-opening it.
we have also had this connection issue on our phones (iphone, Android)
Any help would be appreciated. :-)
