For access to OWA I changed my login name to name@mydomain.com from name@mydomain.onmicrosoft.com. I have no difficulty logging in for email access. I am attempting to download the desktop configuration to run outlook on my desktop and a login is required. I am unable to login for access to the download. Thinking that there might be a password issue I started the process to change the password. I received the email which I think verifies that my username/email is valid but when I clicked on the link to change the password I got a message that the security code entered does not match the code that was sent. All I did was click on the link. Something is clearly not in sync.
