I have recently discovered that I am not receiving all emails.
I set up Office 365 about a month ago and all test emails indicated that everything was working OK, but lately I have discovered that some emails are not getting through to me. There does not seem to be any pattern to who or when eg yesterday I received an email from someone and replied, 15 minutes later I sent another email to that same person and they replied and I never received the reply. Yesterday I could get no emails from 2 different gmail accounts, today both work fine.
I am on the P1 plan with 1 email account in my domain on the Office 365 system while the website and the other email accounts are hosted at GoDaddy. The missing emails are in the mailbox at GoDaddy but do not get brought into the mailbox on Office 365. And right along with the missing emails are emails that have come through properly, like all the Microsoft Exchange Server Remote Connectivity Analyzer Test Messages.
Of course it's just the important emails that don't get through.
Any ideas on how to start troubleshooting this.
