I have a strange problem. A client I recently setup for MS Office 365 has noticed that some of her calendar appointments are NOT showing up on her phone.
I tested it both ways, creating new entries on the phone and in Outlook, and all my tests showed up on the other device in 30-60 seconds. However, she showed me at lest two entries that were ABSENT on the iPhone.
No similarities that I could see and duplicate the problem: appointments use different category, most are multi-day appointments but I could create new ones like that without any issues, some had notes some did not.
Anyway, I am looking for any possible explanation for this, and hopefully a permanent fix, or at least a workaround.
