I am unable to open any contacts associated with my exchange email account. My coworker has the same account loaded into his version of Outlook on his laptop and is having no issues.
Any help? I have not made any changes to settings or anything since I left work yesterday afternoon. I've been at this for almost three hours now without being able to find an answer.
Side note: I was getting the "Temporary Mailbox" error for awhile and decided to research how to fix it. I read here that you just needed to create a new profile and all would be well. I got rid of the error, but lost all the emails I had stored on Outlook, over four hundred reoccurring tasks and all of my settings. So that's awesome.
Extra note: I was having the issue with the contacts before I made this change.
