I have created a rule for a user that when they receive an e-mail from a particular sender, it will forward a copy of that e-mail to a list of users. The rule seems to be working fine as people are receiving the forwarded e-mail, but the user can't easily verify that the rule is working properly since when they view the Sent Items folder, there is no line for the forwarded e-mail.
Any reason for this occurring? How do we get the forwarded by rule e-mail to appear in Sent Items. Other e-mails appear just fine in the Sent Items folder.
