E-mailaddress not reachable/found while it is active..

Hi folks,

 

we set up an Exchange Online environment. Everything works fine, all the email form external parties are received by the emailaccounts.

 

But there is one problem occuring:

 

1 person is unable to receive mail form the internal accounts (his colleagues). They are all on the same domain (primary). When the colleagues are sending an email to this persons emailaddress they receive the following message back from the Exchange Online server:

 

Your message could not be deliverd to the following addressess or groups:

 

The emailaddress you would like to send to has not been found. Check the emailaddress and try again.

 

So the internal emailaccounts could not find this one particulary. But External emailaddress are able to find this account.

What could be wrong?
