Hello!
I was wondering if anyone would know off hand why I would lose Sync connectivity to office 365 with my smartphone, every night at around 9:00-9:30pm EST.
I figured it was my smart phone losing connection, so i would go onto my computer and log into my 365 account...except it wouldn't let me, stating there was a username/password error.
Of course that isn't the case being that I have all of that info saved, and every morning at 5:00am EST, I have access to 365 again on both my phone and computer.
Normally, I wouldn't consider this serious by any means; but lately I have been having a lot of correspondence with the president of the company I work at, and it always drags on into the night. So not having access until the morning is becoming more and more of an issue.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
