Outlook 2003 SP3: TLS don't work with port 587

Hi,

it's impossible to send messages with Outlook 2003 SP3.

Configuration: pod51.013.outlook.com / Port 587 + tick ssl

So the client always test in SSL  but never in TLS, see the log below:

... and restart again and again in SSL

How can I fix it ?
