My question can the following below be configured for Office 365. Office 365 account verified multiple domains users are assigned to a specific domain but require access to shared email boxes for other domains to cover days when part time workers aren't at work and or on holiday. Users need to be able to view emails that have been replied to in shared email boxes. Final question one user has Live email account I'm assuming this cannot be integrated to an Office 365 email account i.e. user has to forward emails to Office 365 email account and any replies will be marked with Office 365 email account.
