Hello,
We still have only had one user go down today (out of 10). She can now log into the OWA, but is having difficulties using the desktop version of Outlook.
She is prompted to login to bl2prd0510.outlook.com. Her username and password are correct. The message "Trying to connect to Microsoft Exchange..." appears in the lower area of Outlook. She never connects and is prompted to enter her login and password again. Cycle continues.
We had another seperate user with this same problem a few weeks ago. The problem was resolved with a fresh format/installation (it was needed anyways). I would prefer not to have to do this again.
Any help?
