Issue Receiving Email in Office 365

As of last Friday, I have not received any emails into my Exchange Online Inbox - it just stopped working (for anyone who wants to clarify, this is for every possible way I can access this email account namely OWA, Outlook Desktop program, iOS, Android, Windows Phone 7.5 etc.....). Every time I try and send myself emails for the past few days and I get the following response:

My domain is hosted with NetRegistry. I have done whatever the Office365 Support Website Troubleshoot thinggy says with regards to updating your "Zones" (the usual TXT & MX Stuff) however to no avail. As I have another domain with Office365 (thankfully that is currently working) I have used that to  ensured that the details are effectively replicated (domain info specific) so that this one can work however once again, with no luck.


Now what worries me the most with this product is that it is sold to a "Small Business Owner" such as myself as a "Great way to move forward and have corporate grade email which is ultra reliable cheap and easy to implement" however if you read the "Troubleshooting" and the "Setup" guides from MS, I'm sorry to say but the guides really leave alot be desired, the product you are selling and the support you are providing are not parallel to the market for which it is aimed at. To give you an example, I spoke to the tech support team at NetRegistry and when I mentioned to them I had Office365, they turned around to me and said that I just need to configure my Outlook settings and I'll be right - IF HE COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT, WHAT CHANCE HAS THE MARKET FOR WHICH THIS PRODUCT IS AIMED AT???


So please, can someone tell me (in a non-technical dumbed down way) how to resolve the issue. Remember, I am a small business owner / end user (with very limited technical background), I have no idea about all the technical jargon. 


BTW: Given that I purchased a licence through "Telstra's T-Suite" team I have contacted them also however after reading a few posts I'm not so sure that they will be able to resolve this however I sit in the corner with a glimmer of confidence hoping they can and if not Telstra, then someone in the Office 365 Community can help..
