We have 1 user in our organization who several times this week has had an issue where their exchange account has sent out a cancellation notice to a meeting where he was the attendee, but not the organizer. What's odd is that immediately following the cancellation request, the meeting is automatically rescheduled. It is annoying to the other attendees because they are getting these cancellation and then new meeting messages (for the same/date and time) .
Any idea of what could be causing this? Please let me know if I can provide further info.
