On my domain I have an account called 'info' (info@mydomain.com) and on it I have created an alias 'support' (support@mydomain.com). I want mail sent to support@mydomain.com to end up in a folder (called support) and email sent to info@mydomain.com should end up in the Inbox.
I have tried to create rules, but they are either ignored or catches both email addresses.
Is it impossible to have rules work on the "To:" field on an email? When looking at the message header, it contains the correct recipient address (info or support) but the rules I have tried all act as if the recipient is "info@mydomain.com".
Is this a known bug in Exchange Online?
Is there a way to create a rule that actually works on aliases?
