Sender gets delayed or undeliverable messages when trying to send emails

Good Afternoon,


I'm trying to help a colleague who has a P1 plan we helped them setup. Our company is on an E1 plan so we can get telephone support but theirs is not.


They have one sender who reports that when they are sending emails to my colleague they get message delayed emails or undeliverable messages, however my colleague can send emails to the sender and the sender can receive them just fine.

Sender to Colleague: Message Delayed, Fails, Does Not Deliver


Colleague reports that this is the only person/domain they have ever had report to them that they are unable to receive messages from.


I can send/receive emails to my colleague just fine, and I can also receive/send messages from the sender just fine.


I logged in and looked at delivery reports and show no emails listed from sender in my colleague's admin panel, only the ones I and others have sent.


I have also had the sender try sending to my colleague's default onmicrosoft.com address instead of the domain address but issues still persists.


Sender said they had their IT person look into it and said they could not find an issue on their end.


Any ideas what may be causing this? If someone from Microsoft could message me or send me an email I can attach files and more information such as sender and receiver addresses/domains/etc for troubleshooting purposes.
