Since about a week I have an issue where outlook 2010 says it downloaded all email messages from the office 365 on-line exchange server, but it doesn't.
So there are mail messages on the server, but outlook somehow does not seem to notice them..
I found out because I do get them on my telephone.
I can press F9 (send-receive) as often as I want, outlook keeps telling me all emails are downloaded.
I already googled for this problem and, checked the outlook files size etc, but this all seems fine.
In one case it took over a day for outlook to download the message.
When I switch "Show in Groups" off in the email list view, the list is initially empty and nothing happens, but if I close outlook and then reopen it, it does get all the emails form the server.
(I have two office 365 mail accounts in outlook, there's one where I noticed these issues, the other receives a lot less emails, so I'm not sure it has the same problem)
Any body an idea what could cause this?
Thanks, Timo
