Hello
When I use a new account (setup today via portal) it is giving an error that an encrypted connection to the mail server cannot be established, and also it cannot do unencrypted.
However, when I use an old account on the same machine it works perfectly.
I can login to the new account through OWA portal and so the username / password seem to be correct.
I have downloaded the tools from the OWA portal and ran them on this client but it made no difference.
I did have trouble setting up this new account on the Exchange Online service but it seemed to be resolved:

Anyway I have attached the logs from a non working and a working test on https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
Is there anything obvious wrong with what I am doing? We have been using Exch Online for 11 months and never had any issues with the service until yesterday.
Thank you
Pete

I am having trouble configuring Outlook 2010 Client with our Exchange Online Service - running on a Windows 7 x86 box. I have 15 other boxes / users working fine.
