Reply with different address

Hello,

As a normal Outlook user you can setup several accounts with different email addresses. Now if you recieve mail and you need to reply Outlook use the correct account to reply with the corresponding email address. No need to switch From field etc.

i.e. you only have to select a different account to switch the sender address when create a new message. If you reply a message, you dont have to switch because Outlook uses the correct sender account automaticly.

Well with Office365 you always have to switch the From field and that is very anoying. Sometimes it happens you forget the switching because it was nevver needed to do before. Office365 will always use the standard email address. Users are NOT aware off this and sometimes they send a reply with the standard address instead of another address. Because they use to it, to only click reply... type the message and then click send. For Example, u use a shared mailbox en want to reply a message you recieved in that box. If you dont pay attention you can send a reply with the wrong address and then the next reply wont come in the shared mailbox.

Why do things always change? How they work now in a way you dont really want? Is there a way that Outlook or/and Outlook webapp uses the correct address when reply? Like the way it always has been for years?

I like Office365 but things are NOT the same if you switch to Office365. It should be more transparant to endusers.
