We are currently experiencing a service outage (error in Office 365 service, confirmed by the Remote Connectivity Analyzer Tool). No Outlook clients can connect on any computers. Outlook remains disconnected from Exchange at all times.
When trying to repair or edit the account settings the following error message appears:
"The action cannot be completed. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."
Also the Remote Connectivity Analyzer Tool reports an issue. See the attached screen shot.
I used to have the option to obtain technical support but this option now seems to be gone from my subscription... so apparently my only hope is that someone from MSFT sees this post and is able to correct the issue. Quite annoying to pay for a service and not even be allowed to report an outage anymore.
