This is not technically a O365 question but it relates to it so I thought I'd give it a try here. We just installed a Dynamics CRM solution that retrieves information from Outlook. It asks for an exchange url but NOWHERE does it document what to use. This is what's entered in the example but I think it's for an in-house exchange server. If I enter our online Office 365 URL it fails. Any guess for what it's looking for here? I'm also inquiring with the solution provider but they are on a different continent so I figured I try here too. Thanks!
