IP Blacklist

Hello

A customer we support are having difficulty recieving emails from one of their contacts.

 

I have deciphered that the problem is the sending server is on a blacklist.

 

I cannot find a way to disable the IP filtering for this customer. I have looked through FOPE interface but I can't find how to do this.

Currently they are on a E3 plan 30-day trial, but will be moving to Exchange Online Plan1 after this.

 

Is it possible to disable DNSRBL filtering on a per-domain basis?

The bounce message recieved was:

550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [91.208.99.47] blocked using Spamhaus Blocklist, mail from IP banned; To request removal from this list seehttp://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=91.208.99.47 .

This message happened at 16:31 BST on 10 October 2012.
