Hi everyone!
I have the same problem on all E (never tried P) subscriptions, in my domain and in other domains I manage:
- Every user logs in outlook or in owa with the personal O365 credential, as usual.
- Every user can send mail with aliases (with send as configuration in powershell), and in some conditions, the user have to use aliases
- When a mail is sent from an alias (using sendas) to a wrong address, no bounce back mail is received, no matter if it is sent from owa or outlook (2007 and 2010)
- The same mail sent from a personal address, the bounce back mail is correctly received
This is the problem.
We absolutely need to read bounce back directly into the user's mail, as it has always happened. We can't manage this informations through an administrative panel. If a user sends at least one hundred mail a day with an alias, how can he manage if some of the used addresses are wrong? He should check one by one each mail to trace delivery? It's practically impossible.
I've already followed the old thread in http://community.office365.com/en-us/forums/160/p/58351/215419.aspx and the problem is exactly the same.
Please help me,
Thanks,
Diegus.
