Exchange connection issues...

I cannot connect to remote.warwickbuilders.com - i tried everything, new software, updates, turn off and on, all the normal stuff, the only thing i can think of is this happened before and it had somthing to do with a change on your end...
Can you please help me, i spent 7 days without access to my mail, at william@warwickbuilders.com which was the MS exchange mail which i cannot connect in ms outlook is says must connect, then i installed office 365 and i can get my other mail to work, now, but still not william @warwickbuilders.com.
when i try to go remote to connect to my server through web address https://remote.warwickbuilders.com/ it says cannot connect.
however this same server has complete access to all the files on the hard drives and can conenct to all hard drives files on the server, which is a seperate computer connected to our home network via router and ethernet.
Is it possible to just forward all email from @warwickbuilders.com (exchange account)to another email address (from godaddy.com side who hosts my domain names) like @verizon.net so i dont have to manage 7 different emails in outlook?

FOr instance i have 2 @gmail.com, one @verizon.net, and a @nansulation.com address in addition to @warwickbuilders.com addresses.
LIke i said I am getting and have the trial version office 365 but will get the full version of office 365 plan E3 with pro desktop office, etc. if it can do all it says...like what i want. 

You guys have always been awesome i have tried to fix this and i dont want to lose my email from willaim @ warwickbuilders,com if possible - i looked for the pst file, i think i deleted it when i loaded new windows 7 64bit and wiped the hd. I dont know if there is a back up with godaddy or not or how that works, it would be nice with the software i have to be able to have on portal that i can see everything from anywhere...

 

A freind installed the exchange and server programs on my other computer, but i have no idea how to operate it, etc. all i knew is the remote.com address to portal in, and change things and i cant do that now either...

but have all emails come through one portal and managed by one master email folder list...
if you can help me do that, that would be truly awesome...

 

godaddy.com got this same message, so i figure since we can access all the files and internet and all esle works, its got to be either the me exchange software etc, or the go daddy.com address the way it handles the request?
