Documentation has the user look up their specific IMAP and SMTP server names (pod51###.outlook.com) to set up these connections. Our users have discovered that other server names such as imap.outlook.com or other pod51###.outlook.com work just as well.
Is there a hazzard in using the generic names such as imap.outlook.com or smtp.outlook.com? We are in an A2 plan with federation.
