My users, in multiple tenancies, are reporting an issue when they get an "Access Denied" message when they attempt to change their passwords. The problem only occurs when they use the link that appears in the Options drop down list. If they go to "See all Options" and then click on "Change your password" or if they use the link from "my profile" they don't have any problems.
The difference is that the working password links point to https://portal.microsoftonline.com/ChangePassword.aspx where as the one that doesn't work points to https://dbxprd0310.outlook.com/ecp/?rfr=owa&p=PersonalSettings/Password.aspx
It doesn't seem to be related to user roles as the problem affects users who have all roles available as well as users who have a limited set.
Can anybody help me with this? I'd be happy to either get the link fixed or removed
