My office migrated to Exchange 365 and Outlook 2010 just under two weeks ago. After this, I transferred all of the sent emails from each users email account into Outlook. All of these emails were available in the sent items folder in Outlook and on Outlook Webmail until they disappeared today for three users. They are still available for one user.
No changes have been made to the retention policy.
How do I fix this and recover the emails?
