Hi there,
We are having problems with very slow delivery of emails both those coming from external senders to our inboxes and also internally between users. This was first noticed on Friday 31st and is continuing today. I have just emailed another user on our domain via webmail and it has not yet appeared in their webmail inbox - 20 minutes later.
Tracking the messgae using the delivery report tool in webmail's sent items it shows that the message was "submitted" at the correct time and now shows
"Message delivery is taking longer than expected. There may be system delays. For more information, contact your helpdesk."
This has been happening for multiple users across our organisation.
