We configured Office 365 yesterday and this morning spent time setting up our users on Outlook connected to Exchange online. After some difficulty with getting the setup working everything seemed to have come right for a few hours.
We're a small team so we manually migrated our mail online via drag and drop.This went well too.
Now, a couple of hours later our mail doesn't seem to be syncing properly. I moved a bunch of email items to various folders (which exist both on and offline), but this is not being synchronized to the online mailbox.
Receiving new mail is the biggest problem. We receive mail every now and then, but mostly we check online via the OWA site and there's new mail there from an hour ago.
Anyone know how we can troubleshoot this?
