We use Exchange Online with Outlook 2007 SP3. For users that have both a laptop and a desktop we're having issues with the draft folder not updating.
Scenario
1. Email is sent from a laptop at night (Exchange Online with Outlook 2007 SP3)
2. The email is delivered to and received by the recipient normally (no drafts shown, verifed that it was received)
3. User comes into work the next day
4. The same email is shown as a draft on the desktop computer (Exchange Online with Outlook 2007 SP3)
5. The email remains as a draft on the desktop until the laptop is booted and Outlook has synced up
It appears that both machines need to be running at the same time to update the drafts folder? You can reverse the scenario and the same is true (emails originally sent from desktop are shown as drafts on laptop)
Both computers were setup the same and corrently (I've been though the setup with MS reps way too many times...) I'm guessing it's just a limitation of Outlook 2007. Has anyone else run into this issue?
Thanks,
Joe
