Exchange online domain usage as URL

Hi,

I want to use my doman say "abc.com" for accessing email, so should be webmail.abc.com.

What do I need to do to redirect mail.office365.com?

Please share instructions for Office 365 for Enterprises & Small Businesses seperately.
