We just migrated to EO from an in house Exchange 2010 system.
I have reports of many users not getting email delivered to them, They hit the send/receive button and they are not getting any email. They have to exit Outlook for a minute or so, then when they go back in, they have to hit the "update folder" button to get new email. I have many users, including me, that are doing this a dozen times a day or so.
Many of these users are connected to their bosses email with full rights. Many of their mailboxes are extremely large.
The exception is me, I have a mailbox less than 300mb and I have to exit Outlook all the time.
I have seen other threads on this but they are old. I have logged a call with support and they told me to turn Cached mode off then on. That worked once.
Has anyone experienced this? I have a 30mb pipe to the internet, out network is small with gigabyte connections.
