Email is Not moved to Junk E-mail folder after office 365 move

After migrating our users from Exchange 2010 based E-mail to office 365, it appears that the Junk Filter features of both OWA and Outlook 2010 do nothing.  Mail sent from addresses on the blocked senders list simply goes to the users' inboxes.  We have junk mail set to "No Automatic Filtering. Mail from blocked senders is still moved to the Junk E-mail folder" and want to keep it that way, but prior to the O365 move junk mail on the blocked senders list was still filed under the Junk E-Mail folder.

 

Has anyone else had similar issues?
