Im not exactly sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I didnt see anything else about any local copies of outlook and users using the cloud. I have a user that needed to access her archived email, we archived before we went to Office 365 and it wasnt until this morning that she needed to look through her old archived folders. Most of the users in my office perfer to use the local copy of Outlook 2010, over the Office 365 OWA version, including myself. So I imported her archived files, but since then she has not received a single email to her local copy of outlook. She can view new mail on the portal of course, but this is unacceptable in her eyes. What do I need to do to get her email transitioning smoothly again.
