We are a school using Office 365 (A2) and accessing our mail in school with Outlook 2010. When teachers try to access their email via outlook from a PC different from their usual PC they are prompted for their username and password. Does Outlook not store these details in their roaming profile so that they follow the member of staff? If not is it possible to force Outlook to do this?
