Conflict emails - multiple emails of the same email ------

Hi, please note we are seeing more and more conflict emails. Also note we are experiencing an issue where we are seeing multiple emails of the same email as well. Any reason why we are seeing these conflict emails so much now along with multiple emails for same email?
