I have set this up and it all is working,
I can send and receive emails from my new onmicrosoft account.
I can send and receive emails from my gmail account, they go out as My Name <name@domain.onmicrosoft.com>; on behalf of xxxx@gmail.com, which is fine but would be good not to display the onmicrosft.com email.
I can receive emails fine from my domain name, which is hosted by cix.co.uk. But when I send it says it is from My Name <name@domian.onmicrosoft.com>; on behalf of; My Name <xxx@cix.co.uk>which is how I collect the emails. I want it to display ‘on behalf of’ myname@mydomain.co.uk And again would be good to not display the onmicrosoft email address but not essential. I’ve done the DNS things and it is saying mydomain.co.uk is verified. Been up and down the menus and can’t figure it out.
Do I need something additional, or what setting do I change so when I reply in the web browser the email can be from myname@mydomain.co.uk
