emails going directly to deleted items - autoaccept

Hello,

 

I have 14 users on exchange online plan 1. 2 of the users have found that over the weekend their emails have all gone directly to the deleted items box and all mails that were in the inbox moved to deleted items as well.

 

No rules are set up.

 

After researching the issue it appears that the automateprocess value has probably changed to autoaccept instead of autoupdate. I found a cmdlet set-mailboxcalendarsettings that can be used to change this value but having run a list of commands this does not appear to be available to me.

 

When the users returned to work and started using their email again the problem resolved itself. But I need to ensure that this does not happen the next time they are away from the office. They did not have out of office set up.
