Send As Distribution List NDRs to Group Owner

With our Exchange 2003 server we could configure where NDRs went when sending from a distribution list.  The options were to the message orginator or group manager.  The message originator didn't work but the group owner did.

How do we do that in Office 365?  Doesn't seem to be in the UI.  Powershell?
